1. The service

NextDish provides restaurants with a QR-menu workspace, a guest-facing menu, and optional AI features. The service does not process online payments and does not provide payment acquiring.

2. Restaurant workspace access

Administrator access is issued by invitation. Each restaurant is responsible for the accuracy of its menu, prices, availability, translations, and the people who are granted access to its workspace.

3. Guest use

Guests may browse a restaurant menu and use available menu features in their browser. A guest should confirm allergens, ingredients, availability, and any dietary requirements directly with restaurant staff.

Explicit notice: on the browser’s first request to a public NextDish menu, the service automatically sets the first-party HttpOnly cookie nd_device_id for up to 180 days. It is used for anonymous return-visit and menu-quality analytics; no separate interface action is required to set it.

The menu uses an anonymous four-hour visit id and a first-party device cookie lasting up to 180 days to measure menu behaviour and repeat visits. Only a restaurant-specific HMAC is stored in analytics; the raw cookie is not stored and different restaurants cannot use it to match a device. Analytics may include dish and tip interactions, searches and potential-cart changes. These signals do not prove an order or payment.

Guest analytics events, anonymous visits and derived device identifiers are retained for no more than 24 months from the event or the visit's last activity and are then deleted automatically. Earlier deletion may apply when restaurant service ends or where the Privacy Policy requires it.

4. AI features

AI responses are generated from the restaurant menu and instructions. They are intended to assist selection, not to replace restaurant staff or professional dietary, medical, or legal advice.

5. Changes to the service

NextDish may update the service and these terms as it develops. Continued use after publication of an updated version means that the updated terms apply.
